Matt Carroll began his career in 1992, serving 12 years as a U.S. Marine Corps aviator and rising to the rank of Major. He later joined Fluor Corporation, where he led business development for a $2B U.S. Government portfolio and served as Vice President of Secure Services, growing that division from inception to over $100M annually. David Cohen holds degrees in Real Estate and Accounting from Arizona State University. Shortly after graduating in 1989, he co-founded Hacienda Builders — an award-winning Scottsdale-based homebuilder recognized for quality craftsmanship and outstanding service. As Co-President, David oversaw the construction of over 5,000 homes and more than $900 million in residential transactions. In 2008, he co-founded Encanta Homes, a custom homebuilding firm where he continues to serve as Co-President. With over 30 years in real estate, construction, and mortgage industries, David also holds an Arizona Broker License and serves on the Board of Governors for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Scottsdale.
