Jeff Munsell is the SVP of Global Revenue at VigilanteX and a results-focused sales leader with a record of driving outsized growth in complex, competitive markets, including a 12x year-over-year revenue increase in 2024. He specializes in building high-performing teams, scalable sales engines, and long-term customer partnerships that turn ambitious targets into measurable outcomes. Jeff holds a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor’s in Business Management, combining strategic insight with practical execution to accelerate sustainable top-line growth.

Byron Marchant, Chairman of Governance at VigilanteX, brings decades of leadership across security, critical infrastructure, public utilities, national defense, nonprofit, and emerging technology sectors. As Chairman of BFM Seaward LLC and a longtime C-suite and board executive, he has led organizations in the Navy, at the Federal Communications Commission, and in both public and private companies, including service on NASDAQ- and NYSE-listed boards. A U.S. Naval Academy and UVA Law graduate, Byron is a former Navy submarine and intelligence officer who rose to the rank of Commander and now advises a range of corporate and nonprofit clients.

Matt Carroll is a VigilanteX board member and seasoned operator whose career spans military aviation, government contracting, and advanced engineering. A former U.S. Marine Corps Major and naval aviator, he spent 12 years in aviation and leadership roles before joining Fluor Corporation, where he led business development and later built a secure services division supporting the U.S. Intelligence Community to more than $100M in annual revenue. Since 2016, Matt has served as CEO of Pratt Miller Engineering—now an Oshkosh Defense subsidiary—guiding a 400+ person team that delivers cutting-edge solutions across defense, mobility, and motorsports, while also serving on several boards and holding a B.A., an M.S. in Global Leadership, and executive education credentials from leading business schools.

Aaron Wallace has nearly 25 years of experience in the real estate and construction industry. He has owned and operated large real estate brokerages, built and developed single-family subdivisions, and managed significant real estate transactions. His background provides deep insight into the needs of construction and infrastructure clients — a driving reason why VigilanteX’s initial focus centers on this sector. Aaron currently serves as Chairman & CEO of the Wallace Group of Companies, which holds ownership interests in homebuilding, civil underground, concrete, and plumbing businesses.

Cody Gross brings over a decade of experience in renewable energy, technology integration, and large-scale operations. Beginning his career at SolarCity in 2010 (now part of Tesla Energy), Cody advanced rapidly through leadership roles and, by age 33, managed 6,000 employees, reporting directly to Elon Musk. His operational expertise and entrepreneurial drive led him to launch his own logistics company prior to co-founding VigilanteX. His leadership bridges advanced technology with field-ready execution.

David Cohen holds degrees in Real Estate and Accounting from Arizona State University. Shortly after graduating in 1989, he co-founded Hacienda Builders — an award-winning Scottsdale-based homebuilder recognized for quality craftsmanship and outstanding service. As Co-President, David oversaw the construction of over 5,000 homes and more than $900 million in residential transactions. In 2008, he co-founded Encanta Homes, a custom homebuilding firm where he continues to serve as Co-President. With over 30 years in real estate, construction, and mortgage industries, David also holds an Arizona Broker License and serves on the Board of Governors for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Scottsdale.
